The Civil Guard has arrested two men aged 27 and 38 as alleged perpetrators of four robberies with force committed in commercial establishments in Rafal and Redován.

The investigation, carried out by the Investigation Area of the Civil Guard of Callosa de Segura, began on July 25th. Officers became aware of two robberies committed that same night in premises in Redován, where the perpetrators gained access after forcing metal shutters to steal money from inside.
Two days later, between the night of July 27th and 28th, two more robberies occurred in shops in Rafal. The modus operandi used allowed investigators to link all the events and confirm that they were the same perpetrators.
On July 31st, with the support of the USECIC of the Alicante Command and the Main Post of Callosa de Segura, the two suspects were arrested. One of the detainees, aged 38, has re-entered prison after his parole was revoked, while the second, aged 27, has been released with charges.
