The El Campello City Council has contracted two civil engineering firms for the drafting of technical projects that will improve three public spaces: Orihuela street, the dog area in Albayna park, and the football field at the El Vincle sports center. These actions will be put out to tender within three months.
The firm “A-Ingenia Research” has three months to design the project for Orihuela street, which will include the creation of a green zone to improve the environment, responding to the demand from residents of nearby urbanizations. The contract for this project amounts to 24,200 euros, including VAT.
Meanwhile, “Gemeplus Consultoría de Construcción” has been hired for 6,050 euros to develop the project for a dog area in Albayna park, which must be completed within two months. This space will be designed for the safe recreation and interaction of dogs.
The same company, “Gemeplus Consultoría de Construcción”, will also be responsible for the renovation of the irrigation system at the El Vincle Football Field for 4,840 euros, with a two-month deadline. The objective is to modernize the current system, which suffers from continuous failures, to ensure optimal operation and more sustainable water management.
The renovation project for the football field also includes complementary improvements to other facilities in the complex, such as the tennis court area, the refurbishment of the football field's stands, and actions on the BMX track.
