The 36th Ayora Popular Race will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2026, starting at 5:00 PM. The event, organized by the EL VALLE Athletics Club with sponsorship from the Ayora City Council, will start and finish at Plaza Valle de Ayora, next to the Isidro Girant School. Changing rooms, showers, and first aid services will be available for all participants in this area.
Registration for the main race will cost €5 and can be done through the website www.multiesport.es, with a deadline of October 15th at midnight. If registration is done on the day of the race, the cost will be €6, and registered participants will be eligible for prizes and classification. On-site registration will be accepted up to half an hour before the race. For all other categories, registration will be free and can be completed up to half an hour before the start.
The organization may request the presentation of an ID card, family book, or other document to verify participants' ages. Registration for the race implies acceptance of the regulations. The organization is not responsible for personal and/or material damages that participants may cause to themselves or to third parties. The race bib must be worn visibly on the chest.
A commemorative gift will be awarded. Positions 4th to 10th in the pre-benjamin, benjamin, and alevín categories will receive a medal. In the main race, the top three local finishers (male and female) will receive a gift (HAM, SHOULDER HAM, CHEESE), and they can also compete for trophies in their respective categories. The race for individuals with functional diversity will be a single category, and all participants will receive medals.
