The Plenary Session of the Salem City Council, in an ordinary meeting held on October 6, 2026, gave the green light to the initial approval of credit modification file number MC17/2026. This modification is made under the modality of Credit Supplements and Extraordinary Credits, and is financed by the R.T.G.G.
In compliance with Article 169.1, by referral of Article 179.4 of the Consolidated Text of the Law Regulating Local Finances, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 2/2004, of March 5, the file is submitted for public information for a period of fifteen days. This period will commence the day after the publication of this announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province.
During the public exhibition period, any interested party may examine the documentation at the municipal offices to submit any relevant allegations. Likewise, the information will be available on the City Council's electronic headquarters (www.salem.es) and on the Electronic Headquarters' Notice Board.
If, after the established period, no allegations have been submitted, the initial approval agreement will be considered definitively approved, without further procedure.
