The agreement was initially approved by the Municipal Plenary in the extraordinary session held on September 10, 2026. This measure complies with the current regulations established in the Consolidated Text of the Law Regulating Local Treasuries.
Interested parties have a period of fifteen business days, starting from the day after the publication of the announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province, to examine the file and submit any relevant allegations.
The documentation is available to the public at the municipal offices, as well as on the Salem City Council electronic office and its digital notice board. If no claims are registered after this period, the agreement will be definitively approved without further procedures.
