The measure, which consists of a credit transfer between applications from different spending areas, has been published in the Official Gazette of the Province. This procedure is carried out in compliance with the current regulations set out in the Consolidated Text of the Law Regulating Local Treasuries.
Interested parties have a period of fifteen working days, starting from the day after the announcement is published, to examine the file and submit any allegations they deem appropriate. The documentation is available for consultation at the municipal offices.
Likewise, the content of the agreement can be consulted electronically through the electronic office of Salem City Council and on its digital notice board. If no claims are submitted by the end of the exhibition period, the agreement will be considered definitively approved without the need for further steps.
