The Benicolet City Council has secured a grant of €3,121.80 from the Valencian Government's Ministry of Health to support its Intergenerational Community Health and Healthy Habits Program.

This program, primarily aimed at children with the involvement of families and seniors, will focus on promoting healthy lifestyle habits within the municipality.
It will be implemented through three intergenerational workshops designed to foster learning and connection between different age groups.
The workshops will cover key topics such as healthy eating, including informed purchasing and label reading; healthy cooking for families; and daily mobility, with activities to prevent sedentary lifestyles and highlight the municipality's active resources.
Through this initiative, the City Council aims to promote healthy habits and create spaces for knowledge exchange among Benicolet residents of all ages.
