The competition, organized by the Tourism department of the Oliva City Council with the collaboration of the Gastronomic and Cultural Association Amics de les Coques d'Oliva (AGACO), featured various professionals from the sector. Participants prepared their proposals before a specialized jury, which evaluated aspects such as flavor, originality, harmony, presentation, and creativity of each piece.
The podium for this edition was completed by Zagara Bistro from Valencia in second place, followed by Restaurant Montgó from la Sella (Dénia) in third place, and Restaurant El Nàutic from Oliva beach in fourth place.
Local authorities highlighted the high level of the entries and congratulated all the chefs who took part in this gastronomic event, which is now a staple in the region's calendar.
