The action plan includes several key interventions to renovate the area. Planned tasks include the adaptation of the pedestrian walkway and the repaving of Joan Martorell Street, where the ravine railing will also be reinforced and new bins will be installed.
Furthermore, the project focuses on mobility and road safety. Two pedestrian crossings will be lowered and adapted on Joan Fuster Street and Llevant Street. Additionally, road markings and speed bumps will be renewed on several streets, including Miramar Street.
This initiative has a total budget of 71,008.34 euros. Funding is supplemented by a 29,807.55 euro grant awarded by IVACE, intended to boost the development of these improvements in the industrial fabric of Piles.
