The Generalitat has allocated a total of 2.4 million euros through IVACE for the modernization of industrial areas in Gandia since 2023.

The actions, which have been carried out through various calls, aim to strengthen the local productive fabric. According to official data, the accumulated investment amounts to 2,439,779.20 euros, distributed between the 2023 and 2024 fiscal years and the planning scheduled for the 2025-2026 period.
The economic resources are allocated to infrastructure improvements in the Alcodar, Benieto, Rajolar, and La Vital industrial estates. Planned actions include mobility optimization, increased energy efficiency, security reinforcement, and the expansion of services for companies installed in these areas.
The regional administration has assumed a significant portion of the financing for these works. In the 2023 call, the Generalitat covered 82.76% of the cost, while in 2024 it covered 70.4%. For actions scheduled between 2025 and 2026, the coverage percentage will range between 80% and 100% depending on the year of execution.
