The sports tourism proposal Levántate Corriendo, promoted by the Club de Córrer El Garbí and the Gandia City Council, will maintain its schedule with two new routes during the month of August.

The activity, which combines sports with the promotion of the natural and urban environment, held a new session last Saturday covering the beaches of Gandia and Venecia. This initiative is characterized by its non-competitive nature, facilitating participation for people of all levels thanks to the support of monitors and volunteers.
The routes, which usually cover a distance of between 8 and 9 kilometers, allow participants to discover iconic spaces in the municipality. For the coming weeks, the program has scheduled two additional events to complete the current edition.
On August 8th, runners will be able to explore the Ullals and the Camí de l’Escorredor. Finally, on August 22nd, the itinerary will focus on the Alqueria del Duc and the city's historic center, concluding the summer activity calendar.
