More than 180 people with disabilities and company representatives from La Safor gathered in Gandia for the Inclusive Employment Forum, organized by the La Safor Emprén Territorial Pact, to generate job and training opportunities.

The event, held in Gandia on October 21st, served to connect diverse talent with companies, entities, and training centers in the region. The event was attended by key figures such as Virginia Garrigues, Director General of Employment and Training at Labora; Borja Gironés, Vice President of the Mancomunitat de Municipis de la Safor; and Elena Moncho, representing the Gandia City Council and the Territorial Pact.
Attendees had the opportunity to learn about companies, access information on training resources, submit applications, and establish professional contacts. Participating companies positively valued the initiative, highlighting the chance to discover local talent and explore new hiring opportunities.
A key moment of the meeting was the panel discussion "Employment Opportunities in La Safor. Success Stories," where associations like AUNA Inclusión and Fundación Espurna shared real experiences of inclusion and labor insertion, underscoring the challenges and possibilities of the job market.
The Territorial Pact of La Safor, comprising the Mancomunitat, CECV, FAES, UGT-PV, and CCOO PV, and coordinated by the Gandia City Council, reaffirms with this forum its commitment to quality employment and sustainable local development, promoting equal opportunities and a more accessible labor market.
