The Casa de la Cultura in Carcaixent hosts this Saturday, at 7:00 PM, a free concert of traditional Valencian and student music, organized by the Provincial Council of Valencia as part of the ‘València és Música’ project.

The performance will feature the collaboration of the Carcaixent rondalla and the ‘Mai Toquem Bé’ rondalla. This initiative is part of a series of grants for Valencian musical groups, which have already enabled the ‘Mai Toquem Bé’ rondalla to perform three previous concerts. To access these grants, it is necessary to present the repertoire and ensure the concert is not linked to any other local festival. The financial amount covers both the concert expenses and its advertising.
The concert will begin with a performance by the Carcaixent rondalla, which will interpret works more characteristic of student or Mexican music. Subsequently, the ‘Mai Toquem Bé’ rondalla will present a repertoire focused on well-known songs from the Valencian musical repertoire.
