During the ten days of festivities, the Burriana Local Police Communications Room handled a total of 1,271 phone calls, a 10.4% increase compared to the 1,151 in 2025. However, calls requiring police intervention decreased by 7.2%, with 618 actions compared to 666 the previous year.
Regarding coexistence and neighborly rest, figures show a generalized improvement. Neighbor complaints were reduced by 64%, while public space disturbance reports fell by 27.7%. Incidents related to clubhouses decreased by 28.3%, notably a 43% drop in complaints about excessive music volume.
In terms of security, aggression and fighting incidents dropped by 46% (7 interventions compared to 13 last year). Calls regarding public space occupation increased from 10 to 17, and for schedule violations, from 12 to 19.
The mayor of Burriana, Jorge Monferrer, positively assessed the data, highlighting the large attendance and the quality of the program, as well as the good security and coexistence results. Monferrer emphasized the organizational effort to offer activities for all audiences, from children and families to the elderly and young people.
He also noted the success of the bullfighting program and the closing event, which featured a large-scale show combining music, dance, equestrian art, and audiovisual elements to honor the city's roots. Monferrer thanked everyone involved for making possible "unique festivities that are now part of our memory."
