Burriana City Council has provisionally awarded the management of the multipurpose bar in La Serratella, which will allow this meeting space to reopen after several weeks without service.

The measure was taken while the council processes the final concession for the establishment. According to municipal sources, the main objective was to react quickly to restore activity during the summer season, when the number of people in this coastal area increases.
The temporary contract will have an initial duration of six months, extendable up to one year if the final processing has not concluded. During this period, the contractor will be in charge of operating the bar, the terrace, and the multipurpose room, in addition to overseeing the opening of sports facilities and the children's play area.
The agreement stipulates that the management will be carried out without direct financial compensation from the local administration. For its part, the council will continue to cover the costs of basic supplies such as water and electricity, as well as the structural maintenance of the building.
