Members of the hunting clubs of Nules and La Vilavella, with support from Civil Protection, have gone into the hills to provide water and food for the area's wildlife. The activity, authorized by the Nules City Council, focused on previously used spots where existing water troughs were refilled and strategic feeders were installed.
From Betxí, thirty-six people participated in a similar initiative, receiving prior instructions on appropriate clothing and the need to contact professionals before acting independently.

The Eslida City Council has warned about the importance of not acting independently and of contacting environmental agents or 112 if injured or disoriented animals are found, to ensure professional and species-appropriate management.
