The Burriana Municipal Arts Center has concluded the ordinary enrollment period for the 2026-2027 academic year with a total of 1,122 enrollments. The course is expected to start with over 1,200 students, considering the usual increase during the extraordinary September period.
By area, El Jardí Artístic has 174 enrollments; the Abel Mus Elementary Music Conservatory, 89; the Pasqual Rubert Music School, 253; the Dance School, 328; the Plastic Arts School, 258; and the Theater School, 20.
The Councilor for Culture, Alejandro Clausell, highlighted the public's trust in the center and its educational model. The director, Ana Llopis, pointed out the interest in the educational offerings and encouraged interested individuals to consult the waiting lists to complete groups.
Waiting lists have been published for Music, Dance, and Plastic Arts, available on the center's notice board and website. The most in-demand music specialties include singing, clarinet, double bass/electric bass, dolçaina, flute, guitar, percussion, piano, saxophone, trombone, and violin. In Dance, there are lists for Pre-Dance and Postural Re-education C. In Plastic Arts, groups for Children, Youth, Ceramics D and E, Senior Drawing and Painting A, and Ceramic Wheel have been filled.
A new in-person enrollment period will open from September 1st to 11th to assign vacant spots. A Bank Account Holder Certificate will be required.
New offerings for the 2026-2027 academic year include "Música és vida" (Music is Life) for seniors (€7.11/month), "Reeducació Postural" (Postural Re-education) and "A ballar!" (Let's Dance!) for seniors in Dance (€11.88/month each), "Dibuix Digital" (Digital Drawing) for Youth and Adults in Plastic Arts (€10.74/month), and "Teoria i pràctica del dibuix" (Theory and Practice of Drawing) for Adults (same cost).
