The event, inaugurated by the Vice President of the Generalitat, Susana Camarero, the Secretary General of the FVMP, Miguel Bailach, and the President of the Provincial Council of Castellón, Marta Barrachina, featured the participation of 32 companies and entities linked to the productive sector. They presented their hiring offers and met professional profiles.
More than 100 people registered for the first participation slot, and a total of 600 attended the fair throughout the morning, consolidating the open and regional nature of the initiative. Attendees had the opportunity to learn about job openings, submit resumes, attend interviews, and participate in selection processes.
PLANA ALTA EMPLEA 2026 was created with a regional focus, aiming to combine efforts among the municipalities of Plana Alta and strengthen collaboration between administrations, companies, and entities. The FVMP highlighted the importance of working from the territory to understand local needs and connect them with the expectations of job seekers.
The fair paid special attention to groups facing greater difficulties in accessing the labor market, such as young people, long-term unemployed individuals, and people with disabilities, thus reinforcing its inclusive character.
With this event, the FVMP reaffirms its commitment to municipal collaboration and the promotion of initiatives to generate employment and attract talent to the Valencian territory. This is the fifth fair of its kind organized by the FVMP this year, having brought labor opportunities to over 2,100 people and connected job seekers with more than 160 companies and entities in previous events.
