The operation, carried out last weekend, concluded with the identification of 35 individuals, the control of 18 vehicles, and the issuance of nine sanction proposals. The main objective was to enhance road safety and eradicate the clandestine competitions that habitually use this industrial area.
Neighborhood concern over the recurring presence of vehicles and attendees in the estate, along with suspicions of these prohibited races taking place, prompted this increased surveillance. The Civil Guard has emphasized that these practices pose a serious risk not only to participants but also to spectators and public road users.
During the checks, officers inspected vehicles and their occupants, detecting various infractions. The proposed sanctions are related to violations of road safety regulations and drug possession, as reported by the Civil Guard Command of Castellón.
These types of operations will continue to prevent new gatherings and reduce the dangers associated with maneuvers and races outside authorized spaces, thereby preserving the safety of everyone involved in the Supoi-8 industrial estate.
