The Generalitat Valenciana, through the First Vice-Presidency and Ministry of Housing, Employment, Youth, and Equality, has published the regulations for awarding financial aid to young people under 36 wishing to purchase their primary residence in municipalities with fewer than 10,000 inhabitants.

The maximum subsidy amount is €15,000 per dwelling, not exceeding 20% of the acquisition cost, excluding associated expenses and taxes. These grants, published in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana (DOGV), aim to facilitate housing access for young people with limited resources and combat depopulation in small municipalities.
The subsidies are awarded on a competitive basis and are part of the State Housing Plan 2026-2030, with 40% of the funding provided by the Generalitat Valenciana.
To access these grants, applicants must meet several requirements, including being under thirty-six years old, having an annual income equal to or less than 5 times the IPREM, and not owning another property. Furthermore, the acquired dwelling must be used as the beneficiary's primary and permanent residence for a minimum of five years, and its price must not exceed €250,000.
Receiving these subsidies is compatible with other aid or resources for the same purpose from any public or private administration or entity.
