Councilor Pedro Ramis will meet with residents of the El Paradís neighborhood this Thursday, August 13th, between 7:30 PM and 9:00 PM, on Fátima street. This initiative is part of the 'Síndic de Barri 2026' campaign, promoted by the current local government led by Mayor Marcos Zaragoza, aiming to listen directly and participatively to citizens.
The area assigned to Pedro Ramis extends from Pelayo street to the municipality of El Campello, including the areas of El Xarco, Montíboli, Paradís, and Poble Nou, as well as the zone from the N-332ª to the first line of the beach. The campaign seeks to provide more personalized attention to each neighborhood and its specific needs.
The municipality has been divided into nine areas for the distribution of neighborhood representatives, considering population density and the characteristics of each zone. Each representative is responsible for overseeing public services and addressing the needs of residents in their assigned area. Additionally, citizens have access to a digital application and an email to report incidents or suggestions.
Other councilors are also participating in this initiative: Peyo Lloret is in charge of the area from the AP-7 to the municipality of Orxeta and from the road to Finestrat to the municipality of El Campello, including the reservoir area. Carlos Soler is the representative for La Ermita de San Antonio and the area between the AP-7 and the N-332, and from Finestrat to El Campello.
Meanwhile, Paco Pérez is the representative for the area between the N-332 and Estudiantes beach, and from Mediterráneo avenue to the Torre river. Jaime Santamaría covers from the Torres river to La Cala, including the Talaies area, and from the N-332 to the first line of the beach in this area.
Finally, councilor Marisa Mingot is responsible for the area between Pianista Lozano avenue and the Cemetery road, and from Pianista Lozano avenue to the road to Finestrat, and from the N-332 to País Valencià avenue. Councilor Ana Alcázar's district focuses from Varadero avenue to the N-332 and the Port road. Maite Sánchez is the representative for the urban center, Pati Fosc, Horta, La Torreta, and the Mitjanet district. Councilor Rosa Llorca is the representative for the historic center and Centro beach, from Pelayo street to Varadero avenue and up to the N-332a.
