The same pine grove in Xàbia has suffered its third fire this summer. The rapid intervention of Civil Protection and firefighters has managed to extinguish the flames and prevent their spread, leaving it as a minor incident.

The pine grove located in the Lluca and Tarraula areas, near the Camí Vell de Teulada, has been the scene of the third summer fire. The repetition of these events has generated suspicions about their possible intentionality.
The response from Civil Protection of Xàbia, as well as firefighters and the Local Police of Xàbia and Benitatxell, has been immediate on all occasions. Their swift action has allowed the flames to be extinguished before they could cause major damage or spread through the dense vegetation.
This type of incident keeps the town on alert, especially during the summer months, when drought and high temperatures increase the risk of forest fires. The affected pine grove is considered a sensitive spot during this period.
