The 'Barrival Saladar-Diana 2026' initiative, which recently concluded, involved 23 commercial establishments in Dénia. To encourage spending, the City Council allocated 5,000 euros in discount coupons, of which 202 were redeemed out of a total of 270 issued. Additionally, 617 people participated in a prize draw via the D·Dénia app, which facilitated the campaign's reach and promoted participating businesses.
The new 2026 Consumption Vouchers campaign, running until December 9th, has a budget of 517,294 euros for Dénia and 38,109 euros for Jesús Pobre, funded by the Provincial Council of Alicante. Each beneficiary can receive vouchers worth up to 120 euros.
Vouchers can be chosen in two ways: four vouchers of 10, 20, 40, and 50 euros, or a single voucher of 120 euros. Interested individuals can download them starting Tuesday, November 3rd, from the designated platform. On November 26th, there will be a second chance to claim expired vouchers from 9 AM for those who haven't used their maximum allowance.
It is important to note that the value of the vouchers is considered a municipal subsidy and must be declared as capital gains in the corresponding 2026 income tax return. Unused vouchers within the established deadlines will expire.
