A total of 25 families have been awarded prizes in the municipal campaign 'Back to School with Paiporta Commerce'. The initiative, aimed at boosting school supply purchases at local establishments, has distributed 1,500 euros in 60-euro vouchers to be used at participating businesses.
The Mayor of Paiporta, Vicent Císcar, highlighted the importance of these actions in supporting families during periods of high expenses while simultaneously boosting the local commercial fabric. 'Supporting local commerce is betting on Paiporta,' he stated. 'We want to encourage citizens to shop at our town's establishments and collectively contribute to their activity and continuity, as well as helping with family expenses.'
For his part, the Councillor for Economy, Employment, and Commerce, José Antonio Redondo, emphasized the campaign's role as a commercial revitalization tool. 'The campaign links back-to-school purchases with direct support for Paiporta's businesses,' he explained. 'In addition to helping families with school supply costs, we want to remind everyone that every purchase in local commerce contributes to generating economic activity and employment in our municipality.'
This initiative is part of the municipal efforts to promote proximity commerce, aiming to encourage local consumption, strengthen business activity, and raise awareness about the importance of shopping in Paiporta.
