The UNICA Office of the Paiporta Town Hall has temporarily relocated to a new location to allow for the reconstruction and renovation of the ground floor of the municipal building.

During the works, the service will continue to assist citizens at Carrer Jaume I, 13, corner of Carrer Doctor Fleming. The opening hours remain Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM, and on Tuesdays and Thursdays also in the afternoon, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
The Councilor for General Administration, Miguel Ángel Ortiz, highlighted that “the priority is to ensure that citizens can continue to carry out their procedures normally and receive close and accessible attention during the time the works last”. The mayor of Paiporta, Vicent Ciscar, emphasized that “it is essential that the recovery of our buildings is compatible with adequate attention to citizens. Therefore, we have set up a new space for the UNICA Office that will allow us to continue providing the service normally while we advance in the reconstruction of the town hall”.
The town hall works, with an estimated duration of six months, have a budget of 1,607,210.42 euros and will allow for the repair of damage caused by floods, the renovation of damaged facilities, and the adaptation of spaces to restore the building's functionality and improve its usability conditions.
The deputy mayor and Councilor for Reconstruction, Marian Val, has highlighted the constant progress “of the fifty reconstruction projects we have already launched”. In this regard, she pointed out that “the works on the town hall are added to the already initiated works on the sewage system, the Senior Citizens' Center, or the Occupational Training Center, which will soon be followed by new actions, such as the project to recover parks and gardens. The transformation of Paiporta continues to advance, we are meeting the planned deadlines, and we have reached a phase where all the work we have done so far is beginning to materialize in the streets, with works that are already visible to the citizens”. For his part, the Councilor for Reconstruction, Alejandro Sánchez, has stressed the importance of coordinating the different actions to ensure an orderly recovery of municipal facilities.
