The Mislata City Council has opened the registration period for a voluntary basic training program aimed at foreign residents registered in the municipality, offering an official certificate.

The program, aimed at migrant individuals over 18 years old, seeks to provide knowledge of the culture, language, and basic behaviors required by the community and laws. The official certificate issued by the Conselleria (Regional Ministry) is valuable for social integration reports and residency procedures.
The course content is divided into four blocks: basic knowledge of Spanish and Valencian languages, geography and history of Spain and the Valencian Community, basic legislation, and practical information on immigration, employment, housing, healthcare coverage, and equality.
The training will last 40 hours. Classes will be held in two periods: from November 16 to 23, 2026, from 10 AM to 1 PM, and from December 16 to 23, 2026, from 9:30 AM to 1 PM. Sessions will take place at the Aula Aprende in the La Fábrica Sociocultural Center.
Registrations will be open until October 22, 2026. They can be completed online through the Electronic Headquarters of the Mislata City Council, or in person by appointment at the Maestro Palau Municipal Social Services Center or the Citizen Attention Office.
