These programs, which combine direct hiring with training and professional qualification, aim to improve the employability and social inclusion of participants, especially those at risk of exclusion or vulnerable groups.
The Social Employment Plan 2026 provides for the temporary hiring of 54 laborers for a maximum of 88 days, with a 60% working day. These positions are integrated into the public company Nemasa and include a reservation for people with functional diversity, as well as considering age groups.
To participate in this plan, individuals must be at least 16 years old, registered as residents in Mislata before September 1, 2024, and be registered as job seekers with LABORA. The deadline for submitting applications is November 2, 2026.
Furthermore, Mislata Impulsa has launched new editions of mixed employment and training programs subsidized by the General Directorate of Employment and Training. The workshop ‘Gestiona el teu talent IV’ and the training workshop ‘Impuls Jove II’ each offer 20 places, with training pathways in the administrative field aimed at obtaining professional certificates of level 1 and 2.
The workshop ‘Gestiona el teu talent IV’ will last 12 months and is aimed at unemployed individuals over 16 years old. The training workshop ‘Impuls Jove II’, also lasting 12 months, focuses on young people between 16 and 29 years old and combines a training phase with a subsequent hiring phase.
Interested individuals for these last two programs can submit their applications until October 29, 2026, following the specific conditions of each call.
