Xirivella's patron saint festivities, honoring the Virgen de la Salud, will run from August 28 to September 19, offering an extensive program with over 60 events. In addition to the main events, the San Ramón neighborhood and the Avenida de la Pau area will also hold their respective celebrations.
Music will be a major highlight, featuring the renowned Orquesta Panorama, which was a hit in previous years and will perform on September 3. The program also includes tributes to bands like Queen and Estopa, the musical ‘La Movida,’ and the Tardeo Remember 2000 Fest.
The most popular traditional events, such as the Nit de les Figues on the night of September 7, will continue, culminating in the 'Marítim' show in Gerardo Garcés square. Meanwhile, the Paelleando event on Saturday, September 12, is expected to draw over 6,000 people to Avenida de la Constitución and Barrio de la Luz, featuring more than 600 paellas and parallel activities like a tardeo and an orchestra.
Fireworks will also play a significant role with three pyrotechnic displays organized by the cultural association Coeters de Xirivella, including two cordaes and the spectacular 'El ball del foc' correfocs.
For younger attendees, a special program has been organized at the Barracó Jove, located in Clara Campoamor park, from September 4 to 7. This area will feature a Chill Out zone, activities, games, and evening performances, serving as a meeting point for the Nit de les Figues.
The events organized by the Clavaris de la Virgen de la Salud will officially kick off the festivities with the traditional opening speech, this year delivered by Valentín Mengíbar. The program is rounded out by events from the San Ramón and Avenida de la Pau neighborhoods.
