The call, endowed with a budget of 345,000 euros, was published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia on September 18, 2026. Interested parties have a period of one month, starting from the day after publication, to submit their applications.
Natural persons, legal entities, and homeowners' associations of residential properties located within the municipality of Sedaví are eligible for this aid. The subsidy is granted per building, so associations must process a single joint application.
The funds are intended to cover technical inspection fees, report drafting, and registration fees in the Regional Registry of the Comunitat Valenciana. The maximum amount varies according to the size of the building: up to 715 euros for properties with up to 10 homes, 1,000 euros for buildings with up to 40, and 1,350 euros for those with 41 or more homes.
Applications can be processed electronically through the municipal Electronic Office or in person at the General Registry. If the report is not yet registered, a technical budget must be provided, and the final registration must be justified before November 30, 2026.
