Paiporta City Council has launched an improvement plan for the municipality's three industrial areas, with an investment exceeding 500,000 euros for the 2025-2026 period.

The actions, framed within the IVACE call, aim to modernize infrastructure and services in the La Mina, La Pascualeta, and La Estación industrial estates. These interventions address needs raised by the local business sector over recent years.
The project includes road reorganization and repair of pavement damage, as well as the creation of a segregated bike lane on Alquería de la Mina Avenue. In addition, CCTV video surveillance systems connected to the Local Police, new hydrants, green areas, and updated signage will be installed to facilitate activity in these zones.
The investment distribution for 2026 is divided among the three areas: La Mina will receive 207,565 euros, La Pascualeta will have 207,340 euros to optimize heavy vehicle circulation, and La Estación will have 107,820 euros to complete works on José Segrelles Street.
