During the mornings, from 9 AM to 2 PM, students from the specialization of Children and Youth Animation and Leisure will design and lead various activities. This initiative will allow young people to apply the knowledge acquired during their training in a real-world setting, developing key skills for their future careers.
Mayor Vicent Ciscar highlighted that the proposal has a dual objective: to revitalize local commercial spaces and provide training and professional opportunities for the municipality's youth. Ciscar emphasized that 'Paiporta en Acció' facilitates practical application of training for the benefit of the citizens.
For his part, the Councilor for Economy, Employment, and Commerce, José Antonio Redondo, explained the intention to make the Municipal Market a family meeting point, where shopping at local businesses is compatible with activities for the little ones. Redondo stressed the opportunity this presents for 'Paiporta en Acció' students to apply their learning in a real context.
The program includes themed activities such as 'Animal Rescue Magnetic Fishing', the 'Jungle Chaos' circuit, 'Color Footprints', 'Spaghetti Fest', a giant 'MercaMemory', the 'Caterpillar Race', and mask-making workshops. Additionally, there will be music, dancing, bubbles, face painting, and balloon modeling, designed for different ages and to encourage active participation.
The 'Talent Jove Garantia Juvenil "Paiporta en Acció"' project combines training and employment to facilitate the labor market integration of young people. Students gain practical experience and develop organizational, animation, and public relations skills by planning and executing educational leisure activities.
The Paiporta City Council invites families to visit the Municipal Market during these days, enjoy the scheduled activities, and take the opportunity to do their shopping, sharing a day of leisure, fun, and family togetherness.
