The Generalitat has officially delegated to the Mislata City Council the powers for the construction of the new primary care center, an infrastructure that will have a budget of 8,059,559 euros.

The resolution, published in the Diari Oficial de la Generalitat Valenciana, establishes that the local council will be in charge of drafting the project, tendering, and executing the works. For its part, the regional administration will assume full funding for the project and service supervision tasks.
The future health center will be located at number 3 Doctor Marañón Street, in a building that previously housed an educational center. The space will have an approximate area of 2,648 square meters and is designed to cover a population of 14,791 health cards, including both adults and pediatric patients.
The investment schedule will be distributed over three years between 2026 and 2028. During the first year, 801,791 euros will be allocated for the start of the project, while the bulk of the budget, 5.12 million euros, will be executed in 2027. The remaining 2.13 million will be completed in 2028.
This delegation is based on Decree Law 12/2025, which seeks to streamline the creation of health infrastructure through collaboration with local administrations. Once the works are completed, the building will be integrated into the Generalitat's public health network.
