The Massanassa Local Police has initiated a specialized training course focused on the inspection and control of public events, recreational activities, and establishments. This initiative, jointly promoted by the Massanassa City Council and the Local Police Headquarters, aims to update officers' knowledge and establish uniform acting criteria according to current regulations.
The training addresses the need for the staff to possess specific knowledge for carrying out inspection and supervision tasks related to leisure venues, catering, and event organization. Key aspects covered include compliance with legal obligations, safety conditions, capacity and schedule control, supervision of evacuation measures, noise pollution, and child protection.
Officers are delving into the verification of essential elements such as emergency exits, fire extinguishers, and self-protection plans. Work is also being done on controlling the acoustic impact of activities and ensuring compliance with regulations on alcohol sales and the access of minors to authorized venues.

The head of the Massanassa Local Police emphasized that the goal is for "both residents and business owners in the sector to know that the regulations are applied with knowledge and fairness, ensuring that capacities, evacuation measures, and neighborhood rest are respected."
The training was delivered by Pablo Benyto Blanquer, an officer from the Valencia Local Police's Events Unit, who has provided officers with knowledge and protocols to more effectively handle situations related to this field.
The Massanassa City Council highlights that the specialization of the Local Police not only strengthens inspection and control tasks but also enhances prevention and advisory services for establishments and activity organizers. Through this initiative, the council and the Local Police Headquarters continue to invest in the permanent training of staff as a tool to improve public service and ensure regulatory compliance.
