The Generalitat Valenciana will allocate €1,682,000 to 108 sports clubs in the Valencian Community for their participation in official competitions during 2026.

The Second Vice Presidency and Ministry of Presidency, through the General Directorate of Sport, has approved the awarding of these grants, which will support entities participating or set to participate in 2026 in top-division non-professional international championships, as well as in top-level absolute category Spanish club championships.
The subsidies will cover expenses related to participation in official competitions, such as travel, accommodation, subsistence, referee fees, and salaries. Expenses related to sports activity, team training, and general club operations will also be covered.
Specifically, €1,200,000 will be allocated to 60 entities for competing internationally or in top-division state leagues in team sports. Meanwhile, €400,000 will go to 38 entities for top-division international individual sports. Finally, €82,000 will be distributed among 10 clubs for their participation in absolute category Spanish championships.
The subsidized amounts range from €1,100 to €72,700. Among the included sports modalities are chess, football (in various forms), basketball, handball, volleyball, water polo, hockey, and rugby, among others. Adapted sports such as wheelchair basketball and PC football have also been considered.
In this 2026 edition, the number of subsidized entities has increased compared to the previous year, when aid was granted to 89 clubs.
