In anticipation of the Sedaví 2026 Popular and Patron Festivals Paella Contest, the City Council has provided information on the designated spaces and times to facilitate the event's organization.
Paellas cooked over wood fires must be prepared exclusively on Séquia Calvera street. Additionally, Sol street will be designated as a seating area with tables and chairs for participants who do not have their own designated space (barracón). Those with a barracón may dine within their own area.
Ingredients can be collected starting at 11:00 AM at the main stage. Contest paellas must be submitted to the stage between 1:30 PM and 2:30 PM, within the established timeframe for judging.
Registration will be open from September 8th to 11th, between 10:30 AM and 1:30 PM, at the Municipal Library.
All participants are kindly requested to respect the established spaces and times to ensure the smooth running of the contest.
