Alfafar receives €2,535 for equality programs

The Alfafar City Council has received a subsidy of €2,535.32 from the First Vice Presidency and Conselleria of Social Services, Equality, and Housing to develop programs that promote equality between men and women during 2026.

The application, published in the DOGV on August 20, 2026, falls under Modality A, which covers local governance and transversal projects. The project presented by the council involves the creation of gender-responsive budgets.
The initiative began with a working session on June 29.
