The Rafelbunyol City Council has completed three projects at the Verge del Miracle Elderly Residence, aimed at improving accessibility and optimizing heating and climate control systems.

The works, funded by a grant from the First Vice Presidency and Ministry of Social Services, Equality, and Housing, have a total cost of 144,640.39 euros, fully financed by this aid.
The first phase involved removing architectural barriers in the north building. Original access ramps have been replaced with new ones parallel to the facade, complying with current regulations. A new pedestrian gate in the exterior fence and an access ramp have also been installed.
The second intervention focused on renovating part of the heating system by installing water emitters, replacing old or inefficient units. Finally, two exterior units of the south building's climate control system, which were not functioning correctly, have been replaced.
Through these improvements, the council enhances the comfort and accessibility for residents while also boosting the efficiency of the center's energy systems.
