The project, part of the Valencia Clínico-Malvarrosa Health Department, has enabled the construction of an annex building. This intervention is part of a global project with an investment exceeding 6.2 million euros, carried out in two phases.
Once the comprehensive renovation is complete, the center will grow from 543 square meters to a total surface area of 2,036 square meters. This expansion will allow for the reorganization of spaces and the provision of new services, including family medicine, pediatrics, nursing, and a specific rehabilitation area with a gym.
The project also includes the addition of new human resources, such as physiotherapists and social workers. Furthermore, energy efficiency criteria have been applied to reduce consumption, and flood protection measures have been adopted, such as relocating technical equipment to upper floors.
