Moncada Hosts the VI National Taekwondo Open

The city celebrates a sporting event featuring various taekwondo disciplines, bringing together clubs and athletes from across the country.

Moncada will become the epicenter of taekwondo this Saturday, September 19th, with the celebration of the VI National Open City of Moncada, organized by the Taekwondo Moncada Club with the support of the City Council, the Taekwondo Federation of the Valencian Community, and the Generalitat Valenciana.

The competition will bring together athletes from different categories and will include combat, poomsae, freestyle, and parataekwondo disciplines. The event will take place at the Sara Moreno y Vicente Lli Sports Pavilion.
Combat events will kick off in the morning, while poomsae, freestyle, and parataekwondo competitions will be held in the afternoon. The organization will have a team of national referees and will use Daedo GEN-3 electronic competition systems.
With this new edition, the VI National Taekwondo Open City of Moncada solidifies its position as a significant sporting event in the city, gathering clubs and athletes around the various taekwondo disciplines.
