The citizens of Burjassot have until September 9 to vote on investment proposals considered priority for the municipality, within the 2026-2027 Participatory Budgets campaign.

The voting phase for the Burjassot Participatory Budgets proposals concludes on September 9. Residents of the municipality have until this date to cast their vote on the investments they deem most important for the town, as part of the campaign launched by the Burjassot City Council through the Citizen Participation department.
The proposals that have reached this final stage and have been declared viable include improvements to the Cantereria park, with the installation of shade elements and repair of the basketball area; enhancements to the lighting and painting of the Las Palmeras car park; the renovation of the pipican at Paseo Rajolar, reinforcing its enclosures; and the extension of the cycle-pedestrian space in front of the IES Vicent Andrés Estellés, which will incorporate a renaturalized climate refuge area, as well as a reserved space for school buses.
To participate in the vote, access the Burjassot Participa platform, hosted on the municipal website, consult the viable proposals, and select those you wish to support. Each person can vote for a maximum of two proposals. To complete the process, identification via DNI and a valid email address are required. Participation is open to residents of Burjassot aged 16 and over, who have also been able to participate in the various phases of this campaign that began last May.
With the closing of the votes on September 9, the 2026-2027 Participatory Budgets will enter their final stage. The results of the consultation, detailing the proposals that have received the most support from the citizens, will be made public on September 16.
