The Almàssera City Council has awarded the redevelopment works for Maestro Serrano street to the company LICUAS SA for a budget of €270,000, financed by the Open Plan of the Diputació de València.

The works will focus on the western side of Maestro Serrano street, covering the section from the connection with the level crossing of Ramón y Cajal street to Drets Humans avenue. The project also includes the intersections with Vicari Salvador street and Regne de València street.
The plan includes the comprehensive renovation of the sanitation network, with the installation of new collectors, inspection chambers, and drains for rainwater management. Additionally, the public lighting will be renewed, new concrete sidewalks and curbs will be installed, and new horizontal and vertical road signage will be implemented.
The works, which will have an execution period of 3 months, will commence after the signing of the site survey verification report, scheduled for the coming weeks. During execution, pedestrian and vehicle access will be maintained through marked diversions, following the instructions of the Local Police.
