La Malvarrosa beach in Valencia will be the setting this weekend for the inaugural event of the 26/27 Winter Circuit of Beach Volleyball of the Valencian Community, organized by the Volleyball Federation with the collaboration of the Beach Bol La Malva club.

The Municipal Sports Foundation hosted the presentation of this competition, which will bring together more than 200 athletes from about ten countries. The event is a qualifier for the national ranking and has generated significant interest, with a waiting list for registrations.
Valencia's Councilor for Sports, Rocío Gil, highlighted the city's "sporting potential," stating that Valencia is "the quintessential setting for sports" thanks to its conditions, facilities, and a "very strong sporting fabric."
The 26/27 Winter Circuit plans for a minimum of five events at various locations along the regional coast. La Malvarrosa beach has established itself as a strategic and reference point for beach volleyball for three decades, hosting both summer and winter events.
The competition calendar includes the amateur event on Saturday, October 24th, and the professional event on Sunday, October 25th, both in a 2x2 format for men and women. After Valencia, the circuit will continue in January, February, and March in Sant Joan d'Alacant, Benicàssim, Gandia, and Alicante.
