The Soil4Senses project, involving INGENIO (CSIC-UPV), has organized four free exhibitions in the Valencian Community and Castilla-La Mancha to raise public awareness about soil conservation.

The initiative aims to highlight the importance of soil conservation and sustainable management in the face of erosion and climate change challenges. Through images, sound, dance, farmer testimonials, workshops, round tables, and food tastings, the project seeks to bring knowledge about soils closer to citizens and give a voice to those who work and care for the land.
Soil4Senses also emphasizes agroecology, the conservation of traditional seeds, and knowledge linked to rural territories. The exhibitions are open to all audiences.
The activities will take place at four venues: October 31 and November 1 in Castielfabib (Valencia); November 7 and 8 in Molinicos (Albacete); December 12 and 13 in Aras de los Olmos (Valencia); and January 23 and 24 in Valencia (venue to be confirmed).
The project involves collaborations with the El Olmo Foundation, artist Gemma Luz Bosch, the Fil d’Arena company, graphic designer Ángel Chacón, and the associations La Dula Serrana, ALBAR, and Resilencio, alongside INGENIO researchers Raquel Luján and Marta Rivera.
Soil4Senses is developed within the framework of SoilTribes, an initiative coordinated by INOVA+ (Portugal) and funded by the European Union through the Horizon Europe program.
