The municipality of Turís is resuming its community healthy walks, an initiative part of the "En moviment" program by the Generalitat Valenciana.

As part of the "En moviment" program by the Generalitat Valenciana, funded by an agreement with the Ministry of Health to promote the Spanish Network of Healthy Cities, the municipality of Turís is offering a healthy and participatory activity for anyone interested in staying fit and walking in their local environment.
The walks will take place every Thursday at 7:30 AM in Plaça Vicent Ribes. The schedule may be adjusted depending on the heat.
The activity is open, free of charge, and requires no prior registration. It is aimed at all residents: young people, adults, and seniors, with a calm pace adapted to each participant's needs.
For more information, contact the municipal gym. It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing, appropriate footwear, sun protection, and stay hydrated. It is highlighted that walking with company is more fun.
