The proposal, which will remain open to the public until October 25, serves to remember the career of artist Artur Heras. The exhibition focuses on those points in the Valencian geography that acted as centers for debate and intellectual freedom during a time marked by censorship.
The project, curated by Lara Sánchez Canet, takes as its main reference the hermitage of Llutxent and the activity of Father Alfons Roig. In addition, the tour includes other key places of cultural resistance, such as the Casa de Joan Fuster in Sueca or the Museu d'Art Contemporani de Vilafamés.
This initiative is part of the Activa Cultura program, promoted by the academic institution's corresponding vice-rectorate. The project has received 16,000 euros in funding to encourage research among students and young professionals in the artistic field.
