The project, named Victory by TTH, aims to create a space for entrepreneurship, offices, training, and events. This initiative will occupy the last available base from the facilities that hosted the America's Cup.
The company plans an investment of nearly 3 million euros for the building's renovation, with a concession period set at 30 years. The goal is to consolidate the Marina as a benchmark innovation district, specializing in sectors such as smart mobility, artificial intelligence, the blue economy, and clean energy.
The company stated that this new space addresses the need to expand capacity in response to the growing demand from international firms looking to establish themselves in the city. The management model will be based on the four strategic pillars already applied in their current center: technology, innovation, investment, and talent.
