The Valencian business group Atitlan has closed 2025 with strong growth, doubling its revenue to 609 million euros and boosting EBITDA to 70.5 million.

The Valencian business group Atitlan has closed the 2025 fiscal year with a notable increase in its figures, doubling its revenue and achieving an EBITDA of 70.5 million euros. The company, owned by Roberto Centeno and Aritza Rodero, reached a consolidated revenue of 609 million euros, 102% more than the previous year, while EBITDA grew by 156%.
One of the key factors behind this boost has been the incorporation of Grupo Gaviota, a leader in the manufacturing of outdoor home equipment, based in Sax (Alicante). This acquisition has driven a new phase of expansion, including the strategic acquisition of Glass Madrid, a manufacturer and distributor of windows.
Furthermore, Atitlan has continued to increase the value of its companies grouped into four divisions: agriculture (Atgro), real estate (ATDI), aquaculture (Sea Eight), and industrial/services. The group has over 12,000 employees and global projects. Roberto Centeno and Aritza Rodero highlight their solidity, diversification, and commitment, as well as their adaptability to a complex environment.
Among the achievements of 2025, the closing of a 500 million euro vehicle, together with Banco Santander, to invest in superfood cultivation stands out. The brand 'Pistakio' has been created to consolidate the pistachio business, and blueberry plantations have been initiated. The Sea Eight plant in Gijón for premium sole production has also been inaugurated.
The real estate division has driven the urbanization of the PAI del Grao de València, an ambitious project of over 150 million euros that includes 3,200 homes, 534 of which are public housing, and more than 160,000 m² of green spaces. Alliances have been formalized with Grupo Ática for affordable housing and to explore the ‘branded residences’ format. Additionally, a smaller urban development sector with over a hundred residential units and a flex living complex sold to the fund Hines will be executed.
Finally, the license from the València City Council has been obtained to build two towers adjacent to the Nou Mestalla, which will house a four-star hotel and a two-star hotel-apartment.

"The sustained growth demonstrated by the 2025 results reflects Atitlan's commitment to a model based on active and diversified management. These hallmarks have made the group a benchmark in the Spanish ‘mid-market’, recognized for its commitment and positive impact on the territories and sectors in which it operates, projecting itself as a reliable, long-term partner for value creation."
