The works, carried out between 2025 and 2026, have renovated roads, water and sewage systems, signage, lighting, security, and green spaces. The project received a grant from the Valencian Institute for Business Competitiveness (IVACE) of up to 237,969.08 euros.
The intervention was developed in two stages. Between November and December 2025, the heaviest part was addressed: demolitions, excavations, new asphalt pavements, curbs and concrete slabs, company access points, the separate rainwater drainage system, and the access island to the park via Yeserías street. Throughout 2026, the project was completed with the finalization of paving, the rainwater system, the potable water supply, the installation of surveillance cameras connected to the Local Police, the placement of a fire hydrant, the replacement of lighting columns, new bus stop shelters, the conditioning of green areas, and the installation of urban furniture, as well as horizontal and vertical signage.
The works were executed by Pavasal Empresa Constructora, S. A., and directed by technician Javier Soriano Herreras. They were received on April 10, 2026. With this fourth phase, the park has accumulated investments exceeding 760,000 euros in its renovation since 2022, aiming to provide a more competitive, safe, accessible, and pleasant environment for businesses and to attract new economic activity and employment to Soneja.
