The base budget for this tender amounts to 218,183.32 euros, including VAT, for a two-year period. The contract also includes the possibility of two annual extensions, which could raise the total value of the contract to 360,633.6 euros, excluding taxes.
Companies interested in submitting their offers have until September 21st. Economic proposals are expected to be known during the same month, provided there are no changes to the established schedule.
The scope of the contract covers the conservation, revision, and maintenance of all elements that make up the City Council's installations. This includes electrical installations in municipal buildings and premises, such as parks, parking lots, and recreational and sports areas.
Also included in the contract are electrical panels, subscriptions, connections, distribution installations, municipal management transformer centers, and lightning rods. Installations related to the drinking water network, wastewater pumping, and treatment plants, which are subject to other contracts, are excluded.
Regarding public lighting, the contract foresees the execution of works for the establishment, reform, or repair of the network, as specified in the terms and conditions. The Castalla City Council reserves the right to carry out, directly or through third parties, works and services similar to those in the contract, without this giving rise to any claim from the contractor.
