The local company Gestaser Obras y Servicios, SL, will carry out the works, which will affect the 17 buildings of the residential complex, built in the 1950s and which has never before undergone such a comprehensive intervention. The works aim to address historical insulation and conservation issues.
The interventions will include the removal of asbestos from roofs, facade waterproofing and thermal improvement using the SATE system, replacement of exterior carpentry, and the incorporation of renewable energy solutions. These improvements will reduce energy consumption and increase home comfort, enhancing residents' quality of life.
The awarded company will have a period of ten months to complete the works, starting from the signing of the site survey verification report. The administrative process has been complex, overcoming previous tender difficulties and securing an extension for European funding.

This renovation is in addition to the ongoing project in the Sagrat Cor neighborhood, reinforcing the municipal strategy for urban regeneration. Both projects are part of an initial global investment exceeding eleven million euros, supported by European funds.
